The Symmetry Dream Elevator

Custom wood elevator cabs, smart lighting, and luxury craftsmanship built for Florida’s finest homes.

Elevate Your Home With the Symmetry Dream

The Symmetry Dream is a premium residential elevator built and manufactured in the USA, combining expert craftsmanship with luxury materials designed to last. Like the Symmetry Asterix, it runs on an in-line geared or hydraulic drive system, travels up to 50 feet, supports up to 6 stops, and carries up to 1,000 lbs.

Its fully automatic operation and refined wood cab interior make it as comfortable to ride as it is beautiful to look at.

Designed for Florida’s Luxury Residences

Florida’s high-end homes demand an elevator that holds its own against the design of the home itself. The Symmetry Dream is built for exactly that. Its handcrafted wood cab, smart lighting integration, and fully automatic operation make it a natural centerpiece in any luxury interior. For homeowners, it adds lasting accessibility, daily comfort, and long-term property value.

For builders and architects, it’s a premium system that fits cleanly into new construction and major renovations alike.

13 Signature Dream Panels

The Dream’s defining feature is the illuminated acrylic panel mounted opposite the entrance. Choose from 13 distinct patterns, each edge-lit and integrated with the cab’s operating panel so brightness adjusts from inside the elevator. It’s the detail most buyers notice first and the one that tends to drive the final decision.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Dream and Asterix share the same IGD platform and core engineering. The difference is the interior design. The Dream’s signature feature is its illuminated acrylic panel, available in 13 patterns with edge lighting integrated into the cab’s operating panel. The Asterix takes a different direction with LED lighting, a black-finished ceiling and wall, and a more contemporary feel. Same wood species, same stain options, same door configurations. It comes down to which look fits the home.

Yes. The Dream works in both new construction and retrofit applications. Its MRL (machine-room-less) drive option keeps the footprint manageable, though structural conditions, ceiling height, and local code requirements all factor into what’s needed. We evaluate all of that before any work begins.

Extensively. Beyond the 13 acrylic panel patterns, the Dream is available in four wood species (Maple, Cherry, Walnut, and White Oak), each offered unfinished or with a factory finish. Flooring is left open so homeowners can match the cab to their interior. Door style, lighting levels, and frame finish are all selectable. No two Dream installations look the same.

Dream Panel lighting is connected to the Car Operating Panel and adjustable by brightness level. It’s a fully integrated feature—not an add-on—so the lighting experience is consistent and easy to control from inside the cab.

On-site installation of the Symmetry Dream typically takes two to three days once your hoistway is ready, since the unit arrives pre-engineered for a fast setup. The full project timeline runs longer, generally several weeks, to account for hoistway construction and the custom cab fabrication that goes into your finish, lighting pattern, and wood species selections. Our team builds a project-specific schedule with you during planning so you know what to expect at each stage.
